Welcome to FrameForge FPS Monitor PC ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our desktop application and related services.
Hardware and Performance Data: FrameForge FPS Monitor PC is designed to read hardware sensors, process performance metrics (such as CPU/GPU usage, RAM, temperatures, and FPS), and display them to you. This data is read locally on your machine and is NOT transmitted to any external servers or third parties.
Personal Data: We do NOT collect, store, or share any personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number through the desktop application.
The hardware and performance data collected by the application is used strictly locally for the sole purpose of displaying the performance metrics on your screen and communicating with the companion mobile app on your local network (if applicable). We do not use this data for tracking, advertising, or profiling.
Because we do not collect or store your personal data or hardware data on our servers, we do not share or disclose any information to third parties.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, since the application processes data entirely locally on your device, the security of that data relies primarily on your device's security measures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
If you have questions or comments about this policy, you may email us at the contact email provided in our Microsoft Store listing.
